Copper Box Schale
Founded in 2009 in Tokyo, PICUS creates functional accessories made of brass, copper, wood, and leather. Its founder describes his designs as “antiques of the future” – objects that mature over time and become part of our everyday rituals. As the years pass, they subtly change in appearance, gaining depth and traces of use, so that each piece develops its own character and becomes a record of its owner’s daily life.
The Schale box, made of copper, delights with its warm rose-gold tone and gentle metallic sheen. Composed of two parts – a lid and a base – it can be used as a small container or as charming trays for jewelry, keys, paper clips, or keepsakes. Over time, the copper surface naturally darkens, forming a patina with a character of its own. Each box is meticulously finished to achieve a distinctive appearance and a pleasing tactile texture. A small object of contemplation – both beautiful and practical.

A gift card for a chosen amount can be used in our online store or our physical shop (Kraków, ul. Limanowskiego 18). After purchase, it's sent by email as a print-ready PDF file.
Before buying a gift card, please read the following information:
- The gift card remains valid for 2 years from the date of sale. Not using the gift card within twenty-four months results in it becoming void.
- The gift card cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
- The gift card must be used in a single transaction. If the full value of the card is not used, the Issuer will not refund the difference.
- Goods purchased with a gift card cannot be returned.
- It is possible to exchange the purchased goods for another product. If the gift card holder chooses a cheaper product as part of the exchange, the Issuer will not refund the price difference. If it is a more expensive product, the gift card holder is required to pay the surplus resulting from the price difference.
